There are two methods that you can use to engage our support team:
Depending on the nature of your request, our technicians may ask for some information, such as:
- Your name.
- The name of your business or group.
- A computer identifier.
- An existing ticket number.
To find a computer's identifier look for this icon in the system tray. Hovering over this icon will reveal a text box.
In this example, the computer's identifier is RTLT16.
If you are unable to locate the icon this may mean that the agent is not running. You can start it manually by searching for "Kaseya" in the start menu.
