New Machines - First Time Onboarding

• Computers procured through our sales pipeline have onboarding fees incorporated into the invoice price.
• Clients who bring their own device under our management incur an onboarding fee of $350ex per device.

Existing Machines - Recovery, Reprovisioning, or Reinstallation

• Devices under active warranty agreements are entitled to technical support from vendors. RawTech will facilitate case management on your behalf and work with vendors to accommodate end to end logistics. There is no charge associated with this offering.
• Devices out of warranty do not receive the same entitlements. A $350ex onboarding fee may be applied for the time and labor involved with device recovery. Where physical device access is required, there may be an additional cost associated with logistics and handling.

📌Depending on the age of the machine, we may recommend replacing the unit instead. This option provides an opportunity to refresh aging hardware and reintroduces a warranty agreement.
